What changed

Before optimizing, the find_cover predicate must reproduce frozen truth. It reproduces k=9 p=19 = 1 exactly, but NOT the upstream k=9 p=53 = 4,651 canonical classes, and the D6 cost proxy was found unfaithful (it reported 0 covers where the truth is 1), so the earlier 21-hour projection is withdrawn. Honest RESTART: re-freeze the exact predicate from the upstream oracle before any hard-prime run. No p=877 was fabricated. The unit-symmetry search lever was proved and kept.
